• Preparing the registration packets for each competitor
• Housing our out-of-town guests
• Decorations, room set up
• Handling the registration desk, informing spectators, selling programs
• On-Deck Captain: making sure all competitors are present per event
• Runners, to collect the judge score sheets
• Hospitality specialists, who make sure the paid event staff and guests are taken care of
• Tear down, clean up
